• Business information you provide: company name, phone, and city used on your estimates (optional).

• Payment information: handled directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

• To create and manage your account and verify your identity by SMS.
• To provide the estimation features of the Service and save your history.
• To process subscription payments and manage renewals.
• To respond to your feedback and support requests.

3. Service Providers

We share limited information with trusted third parties only as needed to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Twilio — sending SMS verification codes. Subject to Twilio's privacy policy.

These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored on secured servers. We take reasonable technical measures to protect it. Passwords are stored using strong one-way encryption (hashing) and are never stored in plain text.

Under PIPEDA you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which removes your personal data from our active systems. You may also contact us to request access or deletion.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our active database.

The Service is intended for plumbing professionals and is not directed at individuals under 18.
